Brief introduction:：

Cold roll forming equipment is an outstanding product series of our company. It is characterized by rational stand design, high precision and good rigidity; quick change combined stand assembly, equipped with centering device between each combined stand assembly; punching of steel strip in line before forming, welding and trimming after forming. Pass of forming roll is developed and analyzed using progressive COPRA pass design system to shorten pass adjusting time greatly. Rolls are manufactured on CNC machine tool. More than 48 passes can be used for forming. Nanjing Zhongqing Machine Making Co., Ltd. has many years of experience in design and manufacturing of cold roll forming line, and has strong capability in development of cold roll forming lines.
